Fancy Fittings Limited (FFL) was incorporated on 6th January 1993 as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956 and was converted into a public limited company vide special resolution passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 31st Jan 1995.  Fancy Fittings Limited started commercial production with its manufacturing facilities located in Daman.
